Row materials such as food powder which is produced by spray dryer uses spray nozzle. Particle size of spray nozzle is very important because it became product size. Customer need to adjust powder size of their production per their grade. This customer who was using competitor's nozzle could not make it. Then they contacted EVERLOY to solve this issue finally.

Special nozzle which has the function which can control particle size was required. However, we did not have such nozzles. Then we started to prototype required nozzle to fulfill their mission.

We measured particle size as first step then knew standard level of particle size. After that we prepared prototyping which can adjust particle size.
Adding that, customer demanded compact nozzle than current use. We made it as small as possible. Customer decided to used EVERLOY nozzle as specification improvement was confirmed.
