Design of powder spraying nozzle by particle tracking method

Powder is absorbed by ejector system and spray with high velocity to target from orifice.
This analysis is for selection of powder inlet which can absorb effectively. 

Spraying high viscosity liquid with slit air nozzle

This slit nozzle sprays uniform laminar with high viscosity liquid (Honey: 8Pa・s).

Typically, coater die is adopted , however, we designed air slit nozzle which is enable to spray uniform laminar with high viscosity liquid, considering weight and cost.

The inner structure is optimized by  analysis repetition.

Air velocity distribution analysis

Air jet nozzle shape is optimized by air velocity analysis with inner structure and orifice shape.
