Spray nozzles have various flow rate distribution.

Since normal nozzle design is conducted by pressure, flow rate, spray coverage and others, the flow rate distribution may not have uniformity.

In case that high uniformity  of flow rate is required, flow rate distribution measurement is essential.

We measure by actual spray to  acrylic container at certain time with specific  spray distance, pressure and nozzle pitch in case of  multiple arrangement.

Uniformity of flow rate distribution are shown in case of changing turn down ratio  14:1 with  two fluid nozzle.
