Spray has impact  force against target.

On cleaning or removal, impact force and its distribution is key factory of the performance.

This device makes impact force distribution graph by sensor which scans spray continuously.

Analysis case

The application is cleaning  belt.

The left figure is before improvement.

Although it appears no problem as spray is overlapped,  cleaning was not enough on  over lapped area at actual line.

The right figure is after optimization of spray distribution.

We have measured impact force distribution and changed bell-shaped distribution into uniform distribution at one spray nozzle.

According to this change, the cleaning performance was successfully improved by uniform distribution at multiple arrangement.
