To extend nozzle longevity, material is very critical. Please consider wearable, medication-resistant, and heat-resistant material.

Steel Industry Question about carbon removal.
What we thinking about is that, not normal slender nozzle, but large end extension nozzle which makes air speed close to velocity of sound (Air Jet nozzle).
Comparing with pipe air spray, wallop increasing germination. Air focusing on a single spot to spray. Make extreme effect to carbon removal.
So as other fields, for example, some outlandish situation.

According to different form of a dried thing, nozzle might be different too.

In condition of water volume, if choose spray nozzle with certain water amount, makes flux caliber bigger, and hardly blocking.


No need to remove blocking even there is blocking. Simply lower pressure to 0.03 MPa, enlarge nozzle, the blocking shall be removed. (Self-cleaning Nozzle)

Always use Mist Nozzles to cool exhaust temperature. Hope to reduce dust in cooling tower.
Try to use average and maximum particle diameter. (KAMX)
Many cases which the diameter of the maximum particle of the nozzle which carries out atomizing of the adhesion of dust becomes a part for un-evaporating, and generates are seen.
It shows that average particle diameter is very important, but try to restrain the diameter of the maximum particle is necessary.
  More dust caused by nozzle position.
For example, sprayer touches tower wall directly is considerable. If provided nozzle conditions, we may offer position and air restrain report.
Furthermore, spray circle and gas flow may test spray model change.

Plan to purchase plant dustproof spray nozzle. Need to know information about small particle diameter nozzle.
Firstly, explain how Single-Fluid Nozzle and Mist make particle diameter smaller.
Single-Fluid Nozzles
1) increase working pressure
2) reduce nozzle diameter (reduce spray flux)
Besides above, water bump selection and nozzle blocking are problems too.
For Hydraulic, 17 μm is the lowest.

Air Mist Nozzles
Make liquid into particle by using high speed compressed air.
As normal way, widely used in many fields.
So, for plant dustproof, 2-luquid would be better.
For dustproof, Mini mist Nozzle, Pneumatic Atomizing Nozzle are suitable.
Minimal particle diameter is 5.3 μm (arithmetic average particle diameter)
