About Air Mist Nozzles
The Air and liquid mixing nozzle is a nozzle that mixes liquid and air to spray fine mist. Its features are the following.
1. Mixing liquid with air produces smaller particle size than size produced by water nozzles.
2. Larger orifice than that of single fluid nozzles can reduce clogging with foreign matter.
3. Wide flows rate control range
4. The larger percentage of air (air-water volume ratio),the smaller particle sizes. The following two methods are used for mixing liquid with gas.
Internal mixing
Internal mixing Liquid and air are mixed in the nozzle. This method is generally applicable to flow rates from low to high.
External mixing
External mixing
In this method, liquid and air are mixed outside the nozzle, and there are the following two systems.
1.Pressure system
This system incorporates a pump or pressure tank to feed liquid under pressure.
2.Siphon system
This system incorporates the suction effect of gas to feed liquid.
